TATTOO DEPOSITS

PLEASE READ CONDITIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING PAYMENT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

by purchasing a Tattoo deposit from us,

You are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

TATTOO DEPOSITS - Are - NON-REFUNDABLE.

All tattoo deposits will be used towards your last appointment

(or half on your 2nd to last appointment and half on your last appointment, if you have a large deposit.)

 

If you happen to change your mind about getting a tattoo from us, after sending a deposit. 

you may transfer that deposit to someone else of your choosing as long as you are present when they use your deposit. Or we can transfer your deposit onto a GIFT CERTIFICATE. This way you can GIFT or SELL your deposit to someone of your choosing.

You may also re-schedule for a different date or different artist.

If for some reason you have credit left over from your deposit 

This credit will remain on your account until used by you or someone that you know

and are present with at the time of using it.

This is also transferable to a

GIFT CERTIFICATE upon request.

IF YOU NEED TO RE-BOOK or CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT:

we require:

(72-48 hours)

notice or more - and there will be no penalties for canceling or re-booking your appointment

(47-24 hours)

you MAY be subject to loosing half of your deposit.

(23 hours or Less or a NO-SHOW )

100% of your deposit will be taken. and you will be required to leave another deposit in order to re-book.
